The document that gets forwarded.
A profile is read by someone who was not in the meeting. It has to make the case on its own, in print and on a phone.
Interviewed, drafted and edited by us. You correct; you do not write.
Your brand, one typeface, real photography, no clip art.
A print-ready PDF and a web page at your own address.
Source files handed over, so the next revision does not need us.
What we make.
Four jobs we do every week. Every one is quoted by page count before you book.

01
Company profile
Twelve to twenty-four pages: who you are, what you do, who you have done it for, how to reach you. Photographed by us if you want the pictures to match.

04
Web version
The same profile as a fast page on your site, so the link works where a PDF does not.

Quoted by page count, before you book.
The proposal itemizes writing, design, photography if needed and print handling, each on its own line. The number moves with page count and the amount of new content, not with fees you find later. Rox is not VAT-registered, so the price quoted is the price payable.
A two-page capability statement starts the range. A full profile with a photo day and a web version sits at the top.
Send what you have today, get the itemized number on the same thread.
Your words, your files, your next edition.
The finished PDF, the web version and the editable source are yours the day we deliver. Change a page next year yourself, or send it back and we will. Every photograph shot for the profile is yours for the website too.
Print PDF, screen PDF and the editable source.
Every image shot for the profile, full resolution, for any use.
Small changes quoted as small lines. No minimum.
From message to handover.
-
01 · INTERVIEW
One conversation, recorded. We ask the questions the reader will.
-
02 · DRAFT
The words first, in a shared document, so the structure is agreed before design starts.
-
03 · DESIGN
Laid out in your brand, reviewed on a link, page by page.
-
04 · DELIVER
Print-ready PDF, web version and source files, in days.
Asked before booking.
How long does a profile take?
Days, once the interview and any photography are done. The slow part is usually sign-off, so the draft is agreed as text before a single page is designed.
Do we need to write anything?
No. You talk, we write, you correct. If you already have text, it becomes the starting point.
Can you print it?
Yes. Files are prepared to the printer’s specification and the print run can be a line on the proposal.
Can it be bilingual?
Yes. A bilingual layout is a line on the proposal; the translation comes from your team or a partner we bring in.
Do you take the photographs?
If you want them to match, yes. A photo day is one line on the proposal and the pictures are yours for the website too.
Will it match our brand?
Yes. Send the logo, the colours and anything that already exists. If there is no brand yet, that is a conversation we can have first.
